For a Beatles fan the ultimate dream, besides seeing them perform live, which I got to do in St. Louis, Mo. on August, 21 1966, is to get to see where it all started. I spent a weekend in Liverpool in October, 2012 and thought I’d share some of the pictures I have of the Cavern Club, and other great sites.

See you one and raise you two.

Take the grandest theme in all of classical music, the “Ode to Joy”movement from the Fourth Movement of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony.

    Syncopate it.

What Beatles song do you get?

    No fair using an instrument.

    No.
