Weiss Auctions has some great Beatles items that will be auctioned Sept. 14th including an incredible one of a kind painting by the group while they were in Tokyo in 1966. The Painting is titled “Images of a Woman“, and is signed by all four.

It’s official: Beatles ‘Magical Mystery Tour’ coming on Blu-ray and DVD
As we hinted last week, The Beatles‘ third film “Magical Mystery Tour” will be reissued in Blu-ray and DVD Oct. 9 in North America and Oct. 8 worldwide, the Beatles‘ Apple Films announced Wednesday.

It was 50 years ago today, well actually yesterday, but that’s a whole different song right?
Beatles fans! I’ve been a fan for years and have enjoyed collecting their music and all of the memorabilia that was a large part of the experience. Seltaeb (Beatles spelled backward) licenced over 150 different items internationally: dolls, scarves, mugs, bath water, wigs, t-shirts, bubble gum, licorice, empty cans of ‘Beatle Breath’, badges, and much more.
For a Beatles fan the ultimate dream, besides seeing them perform live, which I got to do in St. Louis, Mo. on August, 21 1966, is to get to see where it all started. I spent a weekend in Liverpool in October, 2012 and thought I’d share some of the pictures I have of the Cavern Club, and other great sites.
